simple summer pleasures

Easy summer dessert tip...turn a pint of ice cream upside down on a pedestal or platter and surround with a wreath of seasonal berries...couldn't be easier or more perfect for lazy summer luncheons...I love using blackberries and blueberries with vanilla ice cream...from my new book, Life/Style, published by Rizzoli in September 2015, photo by Jeff McNamara
